Eban wasn't built in the abstract. It carries a clear memory of history — generations of racial violence across the South, the human trafficking networks that still operate today, and the everyday risk of domestic violence and unsafe encounters. For too long, safety has depended on hoping nothing happens. Eban exists so it doesn't have to.
A History We Carry

Kenneth Ward
Kenneth Ward is the founder and CEO of Beyond Average Education Services, an educator with over 25 years in the classroom, and a Governor's Teacher Award recipient. He also works as an autism teacher and ABA therapist — work built entirely around noticing when someone is struggling and knowing exactly how to respond. Eban grew out of that same instinct: noticing when someone needs help, and making sure they're never left to handle it alone.
